Formats, prizes and more.

The Day will host three named Rugby 7s tournaments & three Netball Tournaments with multiple trophies and over £5000 of cash prizes up for grabs for winners, runners up and a host of other accolades...

Rugby - Men's Open 

- This will be a two-tiered competition, with 16 teams from roughly level 6 upwards, split into pools of 4. After pool stages, the top 2 team from each will progress on to Quarter Finals, on the road to the Scott Timber Buildings Cup and a winners purse of £1200! The bottom 2 teams from the pools will progress into the second tier Quarter Finals, competing for silverware and a £500 winners purse.

Rugby - Women's Open

-This will be a two-tiered competition, with 16 teams split into pools of 4. After pool stages, the top 2 team from each will progress on to Quarter Finals, on the road to the final and a winners purse of £1200! The bottom 2 teams from the pools will progress into the second tier Quarter Finals, competing for silverware and a £500 winners purse.

Rugby - Men's Social

- This will be a collection of 2nd & 3rd teams or roughly level 7 and below, social players and drinking clubs with rugby problems... There will be 20 teams competing in pool stages vying for the best possible path through the finals, to win silverware and winners purse of £350.

Netball - Women's Open

Following regular netball rules and with squads of 10 + 2 support staff, the main change being reduced game time of 2 x 10 minute halves, with 1 minute for half time. 
Winners purse of £500.

Netball - Women's Social

Following regular netball rules and with squads of 10 + 2 support staff, the main change being reduced game time of 2 x 10 minute halves, with 1 minute for half time. 
Winners purse of £250.

Netball - Mixed Social

Following regular netball rules and with squads of 10 + 2 support staff, the main change being reduced game time of 2 x 10 minute halves, with 1 minute for half time. 
Winners purse of £250.

Mixed Touch Rugby

Playing 5th Edition FIT touch rules, with 6 players per team (at least 2 of each gender on the pitch at any time). This will be played on Friday evening (29th) and will consist of 12+ teams competing for £150 winners prize and some great silverware.
